If you're taking out a solar loan make sure it's NOT through this credit union! They make it impossible to sell your house because even though you have a WELL QUALIFIED buyer they deny the transfer of the loan and so the deal falls through. I have a new job in a new state starting on 9/11 and I have to be up there by then no matter what. DONT USE THE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. PAID OFF AND SWITCH BANKS. I had a loan with these people for five years on auto draft. I switched insurance companies for the vehicle on the loan. They charged me a 698$ fee for a 15 day lapse of coverage. Then they said send us the updated insurance info and we will reimburse the 698$. Absolutely terrible service. Never seen a bank that blocks your card with no warning or doesn't contact you about transaction approvals. All In Credit Union just blocks it, takes the weekend off, and leaves you with no way to use your money the entire weekend. No emergency contact to resolve urgent issues and you can tell they don't care whatsoever, since their automated system has no option of resolving such an issue. Reported to BBB for lack of care.

There are transaction limits on debit cards. Without having specific information as to the date and amount of any particular transaction, we cannot address the issue. All In Credit Union is not open on the weekend but you can call the phone number on the back of your debit card and you will be assisted.
Branch on cottonwood rd Dothan al had a line backed up out the door with only two tellers, There was for when I walked in the door and three people in front of me by the time I had left 25 minutes later there were only two tellers in a line out the door to of the tellers for whatever reason walk out the back door with a long line leaving the customers in limbo 25 minutes is unreasonable especially when there's elderly standing in line with canes and can barely get around

We normally receive approximately 30 debit card disputes in one day, but on April 19th, for example, we received 271 debit card disputes. Crestview branch. Wouldn't close my account & when asked. Wouldn't close debit card. Staff was incredibly rude. a bunch of skinny blonds prancing in high heels bragging about how the branch supplirs them with Smart water with better than thou attitudes. I was told not only could I not close my acct or my card but also if another charge came through on card my acct would open back up and start accruing charges. Our teller explained to Ms. ******* that we would place the check on hold due to the amount, the type of check and because the check had Ms. *******' first name on it, but a different last name.
