Terrible. Just awful. From being lied to, management dismissing our concerns and the packers actually wasting time drawing graffiti on my packages when I thought they were loading the truck! I will add photos and more context when I get thru this awful move. Never recommend. Management doesn't have any empathy and when asked for a phone number of his management he said no. Basically forcing me to find it myself and write awful reviews. I'm not someone that writes negative reviews but people should be warned. Stay away
Predatory rates and lazy movers. The driver was the only person in our move who worked hard, he ended up spending more time yelling at the other workers to stay on task and work quickly. The driver was given an impossible hand to deal with. His crew was useless and it cost me money. $2200 for moving 4000lb of furniture. Carlos and his team got it right-We were happy with all their help. But the customer service or whoever answers the calls and makes the booking is terrible! Double, triple check because their mistakes-yes more than one caused us 3 times as much. However, Carlos and his team were amazing!

Pedro was great! Friendly, helpful, worked as did co workers. Careful when getting price, make sure to buy your own packing materials, they are proud of there's. Other than inconsistency in coming to price, they were very professional and again pedro was great!!

WORST experience EVER! Not only did they break my precious irreplaceable antiques and lose a bunch of other stuff .. the one guys complained the last half of the day (NON-STOP) about his bulging disks in his back ... and, how I should be providing chilled bottled water (said in SUPER passive-aggressive nature in the next room over) and how he couldn't afford to buy himself bottled water because the last Lady stiffed him (why and how should I EVER know about ANY of his past jobs - they have no relation to my job). DON'T WALK....RUN from this company! WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! I work in a line of work that requires me to refer moving companies on a regular basis. You have my promise that I will do everything in my power to have people avoid this company at all costs. My move was supposed to be the 2nd move of the day.
