Please take this warning, do NOT use this company! The dont even deserve 1 star. The lady Sade that was in charge of the moving crew was incredibly unprofessional, even trying to get hours paid directly to the moving crew instead of to the company. Multiple items broken including part of a wheelchair for a disabled child, holes made in walls of a brand new house, and then when disputing the compensation Joe Casasrez at corporate refunds dept was completely unresponsive. Was told would be here at 8 am was waiting got a call wanted to do virtual tour with me and I am handicapped ; I declined the service and went with another pro
This pro did a bait and switch with their estimate, which grew significantly when the packers showed up. Final price was 40% over original estimate. Additionally, several closets were left unpacked completely, and the quality of packing lacked. As former military we moved multiple times in prior years, and we have seen what a quality packing job looks like, and this was not quality or service we expected for the price?
Just be careful of the way the job is quoted. You never pay $169.00 your initial base pay is actually $507.00 for the first two hours, (regardless of if they are at your home for 1 hour) and additional time is charged at $169.00/hour not including any materials that they may use.
the guys moving did their job excellently but the main office deceived me into paying a lot more money because he estimated the job wrong.
I was scheduled for a morning appointment but ended up with a late afternoon time frame that ended at 9 p.m, which caused me to lose deposits for other scheduled appointments for that evening. Two of my items were broken. Missing communication with office staff... with different price quotes extremely unsatisfied with the amount of money I paid to be moved.
Movers were very good. However, the price of their service is not good at all. First, they send someone to estimate a price. Then comes the actual cost after the move, which is 50% more than the estimate. So you basically have no idea how much it will cost to move. And, it was much higher than expected. The majority of my furniture was damaged broken. My yard man found some of my furnishings tossed in the field. They only gave 478.00 for damages worth 7k. RUN from them.
