DONT USE THEM!! HORRIBLE!! My 70 year old mother and I paid deposit for a move scheduled for June 15th end of April. The week of the move I called to confirm and was informed that they would be arriving in the afternoon and will call when on the way. I got a call from Russell at 1pm saying he didn’t forget about me guys were still at job. At 433pm he calls to say that they were not going to make it if I had another day in mind. One word- Nightmare. 4 man, 2 truck, 9 hour estimate turned into 6 men, 14 hours, and 4 trucks. To top it off- they demanded their money mid unpack .... threatening to keep the rest of our stuff until we paid. can you say EXTORTION!
I had the worst moving experience of my life with both of the Charlotte offices. I booked my move months in advance and they called less than 24 hours in advance canceling my move. We rescheduled for the next morning and they called that morning cancelling on me again. The call center is very nice, but DON’T BE FOOLED - the Charlotte offices are AWFUL. On top of that, a lot of my stuff is damaged and the movers ate my food. 10/10 would NEVER recommend!!
They sent 2 small guys to move some super heavy pieces for my son. And what should have been a 2-3 hour job turned into 8!! It was almost midnight when they left! AND they damaged 98% of every piece they moved!! It was a disaster! So they had about 10 pieces of furniture and about 15 boxes and were literally moving directly across the street.....and they charged almost $1000!!!!!!! Absolutely worst experience I've ever had -- EVER! Kicked off the day with visit from Sheriff. Excruciatingly slow -- took 10 hours to move 3 rooms - Movers were appeared to be inexperienced -- incompetent, careless, and lazy. . Serious damage to numerous pieces of furniture and house -- Justin (Management) was totally unresponsive and incompetent .. Unethical, incompetent and fraudulent practices in providing estimates/information and execution
