Absolutely Unacceptable ? Worst Moving Experience I?ve Ever Had We hired All My Sons to move our small 2-bedroom apartment, and the experience was beyond disappointing. Two movers showed up. One of them was on the phone almost the entire time and barely worked. He moved extremely slowly and contributed very little to the job. For a small apartment, the move took 8 hours, which is completely unreasonable given the size. Extremely disappointed. They were so sweet talking at the start so I had high hopes, or maybe just the bare minimum. One of the guys was talking on his phone all the time, which made him visibly slower. Because they are paid hourly, I can %100 tell that they were being slow on purpose. The guy tried to move my cat bed, which I can lift with just a finger, using the thing they use to carry the couple hundred pound couches and beds. I hired this company for my small 2 bedroom apartment which only had 2 beds a sofa 2 televisions a coffee table 2 bar stools and 8 boxes .. I was told by the manager it would probably only be 3 hours maximum but it took them 6 hours to load the truck drive literally across the parking lot and the unload those same items .. I feel as though they were told to be slow on purpose to increase the time .. I was also charged a $150 travel fee just to go like I said across the parking lot not even 3 minutes ? Booked a local move of furniture only. I was scheduled for an afternoon move. I called at 2 because I had not heard anything. I was told the movers were finishing a job by 2:30 and would the. head my way. They showed up at 4:45. I asked twice if they were going to be able to finish the job that day. They assured me that they would. As they were packing, they informed me they would be unable to move a treadmill, even though I had asked about it prior to booking, and a grandfather clock. Disgraceful Experience ? Stay Away! I am absolutely appalled at how this company operates. The way the owner and corporate office treated my elderly parents was both dishonest and heartless. My husband and I are in the process of selling our home, and it was time for my elderly parents to transition to a more manageable 55+ community. On moving day, it was raining, and the movers chose to park in our yard. Truly the worst customer server I� ve ever experienced. Yelling and cursing from the workers/manager. Charged triple what they quoted. Left with only 25% of the job complete. Scared both myself and my children in the process. Hire anyone but All My Sons.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER. THEY ARE SHADY AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING. The employees that move things are wonderful but inexperienced and unequipped the perform the job. They make up charges ?because you live in this state there are unlisted extra charges that the law requires you to pay us? like what???? Also, don?t they have to disclose that??
