Terrible experience. Didn’t have enough materials when they showed up to package everything. They broke my bed frame even after I offered to show them how to reassemble. Scratched hardwood floors, damaged other furniture by dragging it on the ground, scratched furniture and damaged walls. I’ve submitted claims as I was instructed to do and it’s been a joke getting in touch with someone.
I booked this company to move me out my home to a storage unit in mauldin 6 miles away. 1. They arrived at 8:45 and started assessing the situation on what needs to be moved and how they were going to move it. 20 mins go by and whispering and then I get a phone call and they’re basically saying I have bedbugs. I understand that there are some. Not so nice humans in the world and they would probably try and get this company to move them knowing that they had bedbugs or any kind of bug however I’m not the kind of person and I ... read more
