Terrible experience. Didn’t have enough materials when they showed up to package everything. They broke my bed frame even after I offered to show them how to reassemble. Scratched hardwood floors, damaged other furniture by dragging it on the ground, scratched furniture and damaged walls. I’ve submitted claims as I was instructed to do and it’s been a joke getting in touch with someone.

I booked this company to move me out my home to a storage unit in mauldin 6 miles away. 1. They arrived at 8:45 and started assessing the situation on what needs to be moved and how they were going to move it. 20 mins go by and whispering and then I get a phone call and they’re basically saying I have bedbugs. I understand that there are some. While the movers, themselves, were friendly, there is no way on this earth that moving me out of a 2 bedroom apartment into a house that is 5.6 miles away should have cost $1384. Everything was boxed. Furniture was 2 beds, 1 couch, 1 chair, dresser, small round table with chairs. All the boxes were removed in about 40 minutes. Furniture was already starting to be loaded.
