I scheduled my move a month in advance. A day and a half before my move they called to tell me they canceled my movers with no apology, no mover recommendations, nothing. When I asked what they were going to do about it, they said they'd refund my deposit... because I asked.
Don't use this company. Canceled twice on me, said they would call places for me to see about same day. That was at 8:45am. I have called twice. Once was told he is on a smoke break and will call back. An hour and a half later I call, he is wrapping up a call and will call me in 2 minutes. It is now almost 3:00PM and not a single call back. For as stressful as moving is in the first place, they will only add to your frustration.

First of all I was told they would be at my home before noon. At 2:00 pm I called to see where they were. They had just made it to to another house to unload which meant they wouldn't be at my house till 4:00pm. They called at four and told us it would be another hour but they would bring another mover. When they got to my new home they just kept saying to hurry because they wanted to leave. They scratched my hardwood floors not once but 12 different spots. The movers showed up 7 hours late forcing us to start our 8 hour drive at 6:00 pm instead of noon as promised. We had to put down a $2,200 deposit to ensure they would show up to move us and then booked another move for the same time. Nobody could answer our questions regarding our move or the crew, and nobody would answer their phones making it EXTREMELY difficult. Furthermore, we never received a courtesy call telling us they would be late or explaining the circumstances. It was the WORST moving experience ever! I will NEV... read more

Apparently I got the B team this Sunday. There were 3 movers (lead driver & 2 young kids) and only one that maybe knew what he was doing. The lead driver was completely unprofessional, lazy, and had zero leadership skills. Examples: 1. Our introduction he mentioned that his own company is a bunch a crooks. 2. Allowed and participated in a smoke break an hour into the move. 3. At the unpack the lead driver was in the truck for over a half hour while the younger movers worked. 4.
