This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered. They lied to me about 7 times stating they were on their way ever 30 minutes. Please do yourself a favor and not use them!!!
The worst. Unreliable! Canceled the day of the move when they were supposed to already be there!
This was one of the worst experiences I have had with a company and made the move much more stressful. We were scheduled for an afternoon move and were told the crew would begin no later than 2:00 p.m. They arrived late and only after we called to confirm their arrival. The move was from a 2 bedroom-3rd story apartment to another 3rd story apartment in the same complex approximately, and .1 mile away. The crew did not complete the job that day. Made reservations in February . They cancelled morning of move . The most unprofessional thing you can do .
There is no way this company should exist. My girlfriend moved from Indiana to Kentucky. This moving company looked at the house gave her an estimate and they packed boxes for her. Next thing you know the truck was full and they couldn't fit anything else in the truck. No apologies no money back. There is still a house full of stuff that my friend and I had to go pack and drive it back to Ky. They knew exactly what they were moving. What a waste of time and money!!! DONT HIRE this company!
