Showed up to the house. Said it wasn’t what they were expecting. They took video inside the home without permission and then left without explanation. Had to file a police report.
Do not hire! They left me. Literally left me… took a video of my home and left. Horrible communication. Didn’t help one bit!😭
Awful, they'll damage your house and then claim they need proof. When you offer actual VIDEO proof of it being damaged they claim you should just contact your own insurance. Garbage company
Lots of hidden costs that they don't tell you about until they have your things and demand payment or else. Go with another company
RecommendedI DO NOT RECOMMEND.... The most dishonest company I've ever dealt with.. Lied about the charges, charged TWICE as much as the quote. Then when management was called out on it, he, Gary, threatened to take my things to his office until payment was made. This is a scam big time. The movers were an absolute pleasure to work with, great people. But the office end of things is a rip off. AVOID AT ALL COST
If you want to pay 60% over what you're quoted, and have a TON of damage to your newly built house, which has numerous amounts of damage that nobody is returning my calls or emails or anything.
