We were contacted with emails and phone calls about what we were moving weeks previous, which was perfect because we have 30 years worth of stuff and 100+ boxes. But come move day all of the stuff we had previously said, was suddenly not on the list. They moved half of our things and said they wouldn’t do anymore because they were never told what we had? Don’t use this company. I scheduled a move for today. I spoke to them on Friday 6/25/21 to find out what time they would be there and they said I was the second move of the day so it could be anytime between 9 and 4 PM so on Saturday 6/26 I decided to call around noon just to get an ETA and the guy said well your move had been canceled! They claimed to of tried to call me on 6/24 and got no answer. I am a single mom and a small business owner my phone (that has voicemail) is on my hip always. I got no call or no VM. Cancelled on us less than 48 hours before our move. Didn't seem to care. After calling other companies I heard that they get calls often about this. Would not recommend.
All My Sons said they would email us a confirmation about our move the week of. I never received an email, so I called to make sure. The receptionist, although extremely friendly, seemed confused about the move & why we had received no further information. The morning of our move, actually ONE HOUR before their said arrival time, they called because a stomach bug had moved through the office. Very very convenient before a long holiday weekend. Unreliable service and I do not plan to recommend to friends or family. I scheduled my moving time about 2 1/2-3 weeks out. I was told I would receive a confirmation phone call that week to get a time slot. I never did so I called and received the slot of 11am-2pm. The movers did not show that day nor did I receive a phone call. I called the office and was told they were short staffed and a job was taking longer than usual. I was quoted around 7 hundred two move a two bedroom apt! The charged me almost $1,400. For a five hour move. It was over four hundred for packing supplies! Called their customer care and they said they would help. That was over a week ago. Total rip off
RecommendedThe movers were very friendly and helpful. They did a good job moving our furniture. They wrapped and packed everything. I would recommend them to everyone.
Victor and Lawrence were above and beyond my expectations. They were ahead of schedule, professional, and took great care with our things. Great attitudes and friendly. Very easy to work with. Beyond polite!
Worst customer service received ever by Chris in the billing department. Called to provide feedback on our experience with this company. Was treated disrespectfully and hung up on for him making the assumption some form of a refund was being requested. If you listen to the call, you’ll hear that was never once mentioned.
