Blew away my expectations. You would almost think the movers were robots they were so efficient.
If you hire them, ask for Eduardo Gonzales to supervise. He is a fantastic manager and consummate professional
The actual cost was over the estimate by 50%. The team was to spend one-day packing and one-day loading. They spent two days packing and one-day loading while still packing. I had to take the inventory of what was being loaded since they did not label boxes correctly and did not have the personnel to fill in the forms, even though they had been informed that this was an International shipment and the forms had to be filled in detail and be correct. Did a good job, but confusion over the charge for the job. Was finally resolved.
They work by the hour so it seemed they could have worked faster. But they did a good job.
Efficient , friendly, took care to wrap everything
The workers that came to move our things were fantastic! The people who do the communication were horrible. They respond, but you don?t get emails they say you?re supposed to get. They don?t communicate if the movers were going to be late (which they were). They say to be down $100 deposit and it will go towards your moving cost at the end, it doesn?t. We were still charged moving and deposit which ends up being the cost they quoted even though they were not here the whole time. So in other words you get scammed out of your ... read more
