Great guys. Cared about my stuff, and listened to concerns about my glass stuff I was worried about.

Did a good job, but confusion over the charge for the job. Was finally resolved.
They work by the hour so it seemed they could have worked faster. But they did a good job.
Efficient , friendly, took care to wrap everything
Do not use! Absolutely the worst experience ever. Originally quoted $189 an hour. After speaking with 3 reps going over what I had in total including heavy weight equipment they stated I would need 3 movers. When my check in happened they said I was miss quoted and it would be $211 PH with a 20% discount. they showed up an hour late. Didn?t actually start for another 30 min. They were not well presented. The Good: Packing and handling seemed good. Friendly and informative. The Bad: Thought AMS was local. Paid an extra 3 hours travel from and to SLC. Should have used a local company to avoid that unnecessary expense. Had 5 workers. 1 was great, 3 we're OK, 1 was useless. 4 of them were basically inefficient and in no hurry. Consequently the job did not get finished. Can't use them to finish the job cuz there would then be another 3-hour travel charge.
I would never use them again. I was quoted 2-4 hours. They were supposed to show up between 1-4pm. At 4:45 i called and get a status. At 5:15 they showed up. By 8:30pm, after I helped take things to the moving truck get loaded. But 20+ items were not even loaded. They "didn't have time.' The driver was cloae to his daily driving hours. I strongly DO NOT recommend All My Sons!!! We clearly informed them in advance that the furniture was extremely heavy. We disassembled everything ourselves and removed shelves and drawers to make the job easier. Despite that preparation, the crew arrived under-equipped and unprepared. They did not bring appropriate equipment, and we had to provide our own dollies. One employee even said, ?Thank goodness you have these dollies because I don?t know what we would have done.?
