Where they taped the box for the TV they broke the screen. You hire professionals to move you and they can?t even move a TV without breaking it!
The driver ran into the side of the house that I was moving out of first thing. Not my house, did not really care. In my new house, they would not put my futon bed back together. They did not have the right tools to do the job.
This was the most disorganized, awful movement I have ever had. I hired them to get a piano, a treadmill, an elliptical, 3 beds, 3 couches and some boxes. They showed up without any tools or method of moving the piano. They were unable to move the treadmill, which my boyfriend and son got down the stairs with no problem. I had to remove the stair rail to one side, and they still could not get it. They required me to disconnect ANYTHING with electrical connections. Blake and Elijah are terrific workers
The movers put a hole in our ceiling and dented our wall in several places. The company is offering us a total of $150 to fix this damage. We have a brand new house with a hole in the ceiling. The movers kept complaining that the move they did before us was 5 floors, and then proceeded to try to leave all of our boxes on our first floor. Perhaps you should not schedule two moves in one day that have multiple floors. There were lots of hidden fees after I was quoted $159 an hour. Got charged 500 more than I was quoted
The movers did not bring all the materials they would need for the job with them. The boss on the job mentioned many times that they like cash tips and to be sure we had enough for all four movers. The boss also let us know that if we left them a review, they would be paid per review. The workers were new but were very friendly and hard workers. We were told the move would take 4 hours tops; however, it took almost 8 hours.
I recently moved from Ohio to New Jersey. For our first big move, we hired � All My Sons company and had a very stressful experience from the time of booking an advance month ago till the scheduled move and also during unloading. I was significantly overcharged. I called and went line by line through the bill and said the difference was easily $400. The company reduced by $100, I then went to American Express and took them through the entire bill and they settled the dispute in my favor, crediting my account with $300. to bring it to the $400 overbilling that I had brought to the attention of All My Sons. I would advise everyone NOT to do business with them.
