The two man crew showed up on time and were professional. They were very carful while handling the furniture and appliances. The price was reasonable.
This company, unlike most others, bases cost on inventory moved. We had a small job, but even with adding a few pieces at the end, came in $100 cheaper than the rest, some of whom added 14% for gas or an extra hour for their trouble. They were articulate, careful, and extremely prompt. Can't say enough good about them.

The movers were great, personable, polite, careful and respectful. However, I was not call by their main office with a time window. The movers called me as they were on their way. Fortunately, giving me just enough time to greet them. Also, As the movers were done and we checked the destination address, I could see the tablet information was missing the building number along with other helpful information that could have delay the process. The movers however called and verified all details protaining to the job.

The driver ran into the side of the house that I was moving out of first thing. Not my house, did not really care. In my new house, they would not put my futon bed back together. They did not have the right tools to do the job.
This was the most disorganized, awful movement I have ever had. I hired them to get a piano, a treadmill, an elliptical, 3 beds, 3 couches and some boxes. They showed up without any tools or method of moving the piano. They were unable to move the treadmill, which my boyfriend and son got down the stairs with no problem. I had to remove the stair rail to one side, and they still could not get it. They required me to disconnect ANYTHING with electrical connections.
