This company robbed me. Hourly rate of 159 was agreed upon. I purposely moved all of my little stuff so they could move my bed, couch, etc and stuff I couldn’t move on my own, to not exceed an hour. Said they were coming at 830 came at 930. Spent 1.5 hours and charged me 659 dollars and when I asked why they said because I agreed to a three hour minimum. All my sons moving was a horrible experience. Hired to move piano and big items. Sent a trainee on my dime and didn’t know it was a trainee until arrived. 2 out of 4 workers were unable to move items. Piano wasn’t not moved and was told they will worry about it later after payment. Once they receive there payment have not heard back about it being moved. Damages done to appliances and other items. Absolutely would not recommend working with these people. I have moved 13 times and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever even heard of. Petty, vindictive, dishonest, just a few words I would choose to describe Zack Morgan and Adam, the 2 “managers” I dealt with. Allow me to share some details. Showed up took pictures, left right after they said they would come right back. They lied and didn’t have the balls to tell me they couldn’t move my stuff. Stay away you have been warned. Very unprofessional, movers are rude, supervisor Zach was just as bad.
they just dump your stuff in boxes and they don't do a real inventory. We had a lot of damaged stuff.
I would never use this company again! switch and bate. Not honest gives contract when they arrive was given one price and then told 129 per delivery person. Awful totally Awful company.
Am I the only person that didn’t get any wording or explanation in their quote or in their confirmation that they charge an hour rate on top of the 2 hr minimum for drive time?? “Travel: We allow an additional .5 hour travel to get to your 1st stop & .5 hour for crew to get back to dispatch after your final stop! Horrible experience!!! Damaged our couch and doorframe, then didn’t want to pay to replace, guys were very unprofessional, stood around a lot. Horrible customer service!!!
I called on Oct 23rd to book a move. They took my card information but never charged my card. Called today to confirm and now they tell me they are booked and I’m out of luck! The manager was so rude and extremely unhelpful! I would never ever recommend this company
