My mom moved her 1 bedroom, not house just 1 bedroom from my sisters to my brothers about 30 minutes away and they had the audacity to charge her $500. The best part is that it took them an HOUR to get there because they had to stop so one of the workers could take a dump so I guess that’s in the price too.

Absolutely Horrendous. For starters, the whole experience made me very uncomfortable. One of the movers was trying to figure out if I was of age and telling me I "look like a college girl" Had I not walked away at that point I don't want to imagine what else would've been said to me. The movers were slow, chatty, not professional, didn't wear masks in required areas, and almost dropped furniture. Just totally unacceptable and a shame. Absolutely horrendous customer service and when they mess up- they will blame the customer and not even attempt to make it right. With all the moving companies out there, pass this one bye and find someone reputable.

Absolute worst experience using a company well trying to use a company In my life. No call no show day of move then manager got mad at me when i called and asked what was going. He told me they may be out later that day then blew me off. They go out of their way to show how much they dont care about their customers. thanks for nothing All my sons!

Customers BEWARE. If at all costs DO NOT schedule ALL MY SONS MOVERS Hilliard, OH. The worst experience possible. I scheduled the company for a move, gave $100 deposit and was told I would receive a call 1-2 prior to the move to go over the basic inventory etc..I had not received a call. So I called and was advised then, everything was fine, I’m second customer for the day and someone would call a day prior of my move. Needless to say no call received from anyone. My move got changed at no fault of my own. My sellers movers cancelled. I rescheduled my move and All My Sons couldn't meet the new date then wouldn't return my deposit due to me finding out the night before I couldn't move in. Was not my idea or my fault my sellers wouldn't vacate the house. I understand keeping 1 or 200 dollars but to keep my whole $880 is robbery!

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment for tomorrow. I was quoted $149/hour with a 2 hour minimum. I was told that the time starts when they arrive at our location, and ends when they are finished with the move and leave our property. The gentleman also said that they would wrap our furniture to prevent damage, but didn’t mention any additional charge for that service.
