The crew was friendly and efficient. Only issues were with the delivery. Our bed was put together incorrectly (fell to the floor the first night!) and there is a fairly good scratch on the wood floor. Overall, among movers? They are good.
The 3 gentlemen that came were on time, professional,courteous took care of all my belongings and worked very hard, have used other moving company's in the past and none compare would recommend to all.
My husband and I have moved multiple times, and this was the worst experience we have had with movers. When the men left, with 45 mins of time remaining, we still had a lot of items we ended up having to move ourselves. My husband had to basically coordinate what was going on, with constant questions as to ?does this go?. We were then charged almost $700 over estimate, even though there were less men, and finished early. Grossly underestimated the time needed to complete the job and therefore booked another appointment after me. They ran out of time and did not put everything back together properly, left my washer in the middle of my dining room because they did not want to do what was necessary to get it through the doorway to get it to the laundry room. They did not secure the slats on my bed properly and one night it came loose and I ended up on the floor under the bed. Scared me out of my wits.
If you are torn between hiring All My Sons or Two Men and a Truck, go with Two Men and a Truck. This was by far the worst moving experience I� ve ever had, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, timely, and reliable service. BTW: Be sure to read the part where the manager hung up on me. My family used All My Sons Greensboro because we thought they were a trusted and reliable company. They damaged multiple items, scratched and dented the brand new wood floors, dented a fridge, and damaged a family heirloom upright piano on a small move from our downstairs floor to our garage so floors could be redone. Their movers admitted to causing the damage. My wife sent pictures and multiple quotes totaling approximately $4000 in damage they caused to them for reimbursement.
