They came and packed everything and worked very hard to get it done in a reasonable time. They were very through and cautious with the fatigue thins and were very professional. I would. Yesterday was moving day!!! "Yay" Moving company arrive and the first thing that happened was the driver back into the fence at the storage company. My first thought was "oh no, help them Jesus." Well He did. Those guys (Garrett, Austin, Zach) were the best movers I have ever seen. They worked so hard helping each other and unloading a huge mess of furniture, odds and ends, you name it, it was there. Even though it started out bad it ended up being a beautiful day. I hate doing this. Be ware of all My Sons Moving. Too late I was warned by others of issues they had with this company. Worst move of my life. Lost furniture. Damaged furniture. Was told the employees are full time. Mine were contractors who told me the company would not give them the tools they needed so I had to loan them tools. Only one member of crew had experience (6 months at best) but the truck was poorly packed. I had to get them to change some things or there would have been more damage. When thinking that maybe the workers were the only ones ridiculous, only to speak to the manager and he be equally ridiculous, self righteous and rude. I booked a move quoted one price, the price confirmed again when the deposit was made and a different price on the email. instead of honoring the price I was told that my deposit would be refunded and they were unwilling to compromise a week before my move, I still have not received an email showing that it was cancelled. instead became argumentative and was hung up on 3 time... read more
I hired 3 movers. Two of them were so hard working , they busted their ass the entire day. The guy who took the money and seemed to be their team lead was horrible. I caught him on his phone numerous times just standing around while his workers were working so hard. I PAID for 3 movers, I really only had two. They just took my washer/ dryer that is a single stacked unit , and destroyed my front steps. By them doing that, they dented my dryer and now it doesn't work. THE worst experiences with a moving company I've ever had. They charged me through the nose for a simple job. I had multiple dents in the walls, paint damage and a broken TV console. Not to mention two employees had a fight in my front yard in front of our kids that I had to break up! I am STILL waiting to hear back from the company about compensation. 100% would not recommend.
