Paid over $1,400 for them to move extremely slow and leave 2 full pick up loads of stuff at my apartment. I called to speak to the manager kenon and he was on the other line with an “important”call. I was told I can email him. Sent a full detailed email with a request for a call and no one ever called or emailed back. Horrible company from the top to bottom. I had to rent a truck and take two loads of missed things to my new apartment over an hour away.
Do NOT use this company if you have to move on time. On the day of my move I got a call at 2pm telling me they weren’t gonna make it. I set up another appointment for the next Saturday and was guaranteed they would be there first thing in the morning. That next Saturday same thing happened. I got a call around 1:30pm that they were not gonna make it. They said they would see about offering a discount for another day. Never called me back. I would NEVER recommend them! They PURPOSELY broke my bed frame (headboard & footboard) on their truck. They did not unpack my items. Once I told them I was going to cut the package and see if it was broke - the driver (there were 3 of them) asked for a tip and left BEFORE I cut it opened. Once I opened it, seen it was damaged, I called the guy to the point he BLOCKED me! The office kept me on hold and transferred me. I will NOT recommend to anyone they will still your money, because the price they give you it not what it is, till you get to your destination and than call for the higher price,twist as much what oregano estimate, than they treat us if we don't pay them the a mount they going to dump everything in front of the house because they know we don't have a choice. yeah that how bad it is.I will not RECOMMEND this co,to anyone make sure you get the price right before you use any moving co.
DONT USE THEM!! HORRIBLE!! My 70 year old mother and I paid deposit for a move scheduled for June 15th end of April. The week of the move I called to confirm and was informed that they would be arriving in the afternoon and will call when on the way. I got a call from Russell at 1pm saying he didn’t forget about me guys were still at job. At 433pm he calls to say that they were not going to make it if I had another day in mind. This was my first time using All My Sons Moving. Needed to move my 1BR apartment to a new place a short distance away. I had packed, labeled and wrapped most of my items before moving time. PROS: The moving guys Luis, Jason, Marcus were very pleasant to work with. They were friendly and courteous. They moved everything in 2.5 hours which was a good amount of time for a 1br move from the second floor unit to a ground floor apt a long distance from the parking area.
