I had a terrible experience with this moving company. The customer service was extremely poor, and the workers were rude and disrespectful from start to finish. The job I hired them for should have taken no more than two hours?especially considering I had no large or heavy furniture. The 2 movers damaged the walls and said I would receive a claim form. The next day I called because I did not get the emailed claim form, and the worker said the damages didn't and/or they were already there. Use this company at your own risk, there is a lack of integrity all around the board with the workers in office and the movers they send out.

Workers to slow, and my family and had to carry most of the items, they just took the heaviest stuff. Never again.

I have moved several times and this was by far the second worse move I have made. People are very friendly at this company but do not understand their business. I do not feel that the office staff talks with their move teams and the move teams do not know how to do their jobs. The office staff sent my team to the wrong address and they ended up being an hour late. The truck they brought was full of trash from the previous move and did not have the equipment they needed to do my job. The team did not know how to pack a truck.... read more

We hired All my sons moving for July 20th and to have them store our stuff until July 28th. We worked with David Biulder (sales) which was a huge mistake. He was not part of anything other than when I signed and as far as customer service went was awful. He even stopped taking my phone calls. On the move out they damaged the walls of the home and stairs as they did not do anything to protect either one. We were quoted a 3 day, move with 2 trucks and 5 movers for roughly $7k. We received one truck on the first day with 5 movers to pack up the house. Tow of the movers had to come POV/Uber. They ran out of supplies in 4 hours. One mover left with his mom at approximately 3 hours (1pm). all movers were billed full time. Day 2- One truck, 4 movers Day 3- One truck, 4 movers Day 4- One truck, 5 movers We were billed the first 3 days for 2 trucks and 5 movers. they never show up bad service
They showed up without any supplies and then stated that the move needed at least 3 or 4 people. I was given more excuses then answers. I ended up having to find alternative help to get moved and it took over a month to get my deposit refunded. I will never use this company and I have shared it with everyone I can.
