Everyone I dealt with at that company were courteous And knowledgeable. The guys that actually moved my furniture were conscientious and fast workers!

Expenses not thoroughly explained upfront. $97 for packing materials? $102 for fuel to go 1.2 miles down the road? Be sure you understand what you are getting charged for upfront

Horrible customer service. The two men they sent couldn?t move a couch in to my home. It was left in our garage and I was told they would have someone else come. They never came and never called. One employee parked his personal car in driveway and leaked oil all over the place. The company kept telling me that someone would call us regarding that. No one ever called. The worst company ever. I had another company come and move the couch in my house no problem. 2 men who knew what they were doing. DON?T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Horrible experience with these movers. Poor communication, I requested for movers to come at 8am instead of 9am. Movers still showed up at 8. Movers were given the wrong address or they entered in the wrong address and got lost. They timed themselves when they start but they don't when they finish packing or arriving to the new location and attempted to force me to pay for their mistake of getting lost for over an hour which I had to call and fight it and was only compensated for 45 minutes of my time wasted for thei... read more

I would not recommend this company. We are missing two items from a collection and have broken items. I took pictures of our cabinets prior to the move so the collector items could be placed back in the same locations in the cabinets. I contacted the Fort Myers office when I noticed the missing pieces, and they stated that they would look in the truck for our missing items. I drove to the office to show them the pictures and was told that I needed to look in other boxes. Why would all the items from that cabinet be unpacked ... read more

The company does not communicate with employees as to what was needed for the move. There was damage to door frames at both residences. To file a claim for damage was too tedious and just not worth it. I guess that is what they want. I had the damage repaired.

The driver hit another car while unloading. Movers broke a fire extinguisher cabinet cover. A company representative said he would make reparations and did not. The driver said he had less than a years experience. Two helpers, one said he had only been on the job less than three months, and another helper less than two weeks. On the way over to our new location, the driver dropped off a helper and arrived one hour late.
