Very efficient
The movers were absolutely fantastic. They were quick, efficient in space and time, friendly and talkative, and professional in getting to the right place at the right time. The quoters on the phone were also friendly, but purposefully skipped through a lot of the pricing details. They said things like "don't worry about supplies, the movers will have them" which is true, but they charge you for all of the tape, blankets and covers, which you don't get to keep (which the people on the phone won't tell you unless you ask).
