We have used them twice and while I'm sure I could pay a whole lot more (we were quoted close to $2000 from another company) for better quality of work, we didn't think it was worth it or needed! The movers are friendly, the office staff are friendly. The movers don't stand around while being paid by the hour, they come in and get stuff done quickly! Sure, they could be a bit more gentle and careful, but since both of our moves were less than an hour away we just moved our more expensive items (TV, computers, etc) ourselves!
Workers were on time and did an excellent job of protecting large items and placing them in our home.
Took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. The guys were tired from a morning move and Donovan was very unprofessional while on a call with his guys. Almost $900 to move from one building to another one across a parking lot, literally a parking lot between the two buildings. I had to threaten calling the Tn attorney general and the police to get our things unloaded finally. 3:45pm to 11:30ish pm. I do not recommend this company at all!
