This company will rip you off!!! Moving crew broke my daughter's bed that we paid $600 for. We supplied their claim department with a receipt and they said they base their replacement cost for damaged items off weight and we only will be reimbursed $105. Claims replacement was very short and rude. Called to talk to management and they just transferred to multiple people who said they couldn't help me and said they would call me back. Nothing... This moving company is a joke. Took 8 hours to move 15 furniture pieces with four men moving them. Then they all get into a fist fight while I took photos of the damages that happened to not just the furniture pieces but to my car as well. Paid them $2,300 only for their claims department to say the best they can do it $300 back to us. the broke my childâ� � s dresser and bed, my car has deep scratches all over the hood, my hutch granite piece has a chunk missing from it and the tops broken off. have to start by saying I am 33 weeks pregnant and it is not possible for me to move stuff at all. If I could leave this place zero stars I would. The actual guys who did the work were awesome and deserve 5 stars, and the fact that this review could reflect poorly on them bothers me. Everyone I talked to on the phone sounded fantastic.. The 4 movers that showed up the 1st day were good at packing my things. The actual moving day was a whole different thing.It was the boss and just 2 workers. The boss started saying , the truck is getting full , after I was in the understanding if a 2nd truck would be needed , one would have been requtsted. At the pickup, everything that had screws that could be taken apart was - which had never happened in all of my military or previous moves across the country. Not all items were loaded and had to arrange for items left in the garage to be picked up and hauled to a new home. At the delivery home, things were just unloaded and dumped where ever, NOTHING was reassembled nor even in the same location!! On the morning, they arrive, they come with a little pad for you to sign and initial things they can and cannot do, some of them of which you were told about and others you were not until the last minute. We had to pay for two trips and I told them, in the very beginning **one truck would not be enough to do the job**. We still had to hire three men to help us finish moving the next day, it was just a very disappointing and stressful experience.
They are some shitty mover brake stuff and the manager just said you sure it was not already BROKEN wow to expensive for not professional....I drive truck so when I got to really go thru my storage unit I was so unhappy with what I saw.
All my sons showed up to preform my move on tuesday. There was suppose to be 3 movers, but only 2 showed up. While moving they dropped multiple boxes. When they moved my fridge, they pulled they broke the water line and flooded my kitchen. They did not even offer to help get the water up, nor did they even tell me it happened! While i was cleaning up the water, they continued to move the fridge. One of the fridge doors does not fully detach because of the water line running into it.
