Definitely use a different company. Lord, gauged for extra fees big time. $97.00 for fuel for a 29 mile round trip from their warehouse, through move and back to their warehouse. $101 for shrink wrap on a couch, loveseat and bed. $10 max as I am sure they buy in bulk. Late by 90 minutes. Was told 11am arrival and arrival at 1230. By that time I had everything lined up at the door. Should have been a max of 2.5 hours but charged for 3.25. They did not deliver items to my storage unit which included professional grade artwork from my daughter that are priceless. No one seems to know where my stuff is or my keys to the storage units. People are supposed to get back to me but have not. Also, the crew of four pressured me to give a tip. I did not want to but when surrounded by four guys who still have your stuff on the truck you feel boxed in a corner. Boy do I feel stupid! DO NOT HIRE!
