We just had a total floor replacement done by All Surface. Carpet and old hardwood out, new hardwood in. The sales team (Bruce and Teri) was great and was 100% supportive when we had to change our flooring selection when there was an inconsistency in the wood from the factory, and made the change to a different wood and color a painless process. Had four rooms of carpeting installed within two days. Professional all the way from the beginning of the sale to the end of the installation. Highly recommend all surface flooring to anyone wanting new floors
ASF laid engineered hardwood flooring in our living room that matched the EHF in our den. Kudos for the whole process: they matched our flooring from the previous install from 4 years ago and the install was done properly. Were there problems? Yes. But they worked around it and the end result was just right. Installers were over the top good. Estimate was a bit off, but again, they did what they had to do to make it right. Recommend.
We love our new carpet which we purchased and had installed by All Surface this past week. We even had the owner help out when someone had to leave. All workers are employed by All Surface and were very skilled and thorough.We highly recommend this company.
Great local, family owned store! They installed hardwood throughout our first floor: covering the foyer, living room, dining room, and kitchen, and it looks phenomenal! Alex and Sam did an amazing job at making it seamless with smooth transitions. I appreciate the hard work and effort that went into making my home complete. Thank You All Surface!!
The guys at All Surface Flooring are always very professional & courtious (having been in the flooring business myself). I had an 'emergency' situation and they worked me in their schedule. They also will work around your schedule to accommodate! Will be doing more projects with them for sure!!
Brad and Dale installed my wood flooring upstairs - they were very efficient and it looks great. Kevin, Wilson and Collin installed the carpet in two bedrooms and the stairs and again very efficient and great install all around.
Very respectful and attentive folks that asked questions, took their time and did a great job over several hours. Were very diligent in laying carpet and moving the furniture. Followed directions in where to leave the furniture and what to do with the baseboard. Most importantly the carpet was laid down perfectly and the carpet itself looks and feels great. Professional job all around!
There is no other company I would trust with my flooring! I have been using All Surface flooring for years! They did a great job on my first house, and when we moved we called them back to install carpet and a runner on our steps. They just recently installed a laminate in my wife's office and it looks AWESOME. This team knows what they are doing. No job is too big or too small.
