Have used this company multiple times now, and have been very happy. They are clean and professional at all times. The owners take the time to cover and answer all the questions i always have. You can buy flooring anywhere but making sure you get good installers is the smartest thing you can do. All Surface uses their own installers so you don't have to worry about getting an independent contractor crew - who probably have never installed flooring. We made that mistake once, never again! We had two installs done, bathrooms and then kitchen. Dale and Brad did our bathrooms and Chad and Tammy did our kitchen. They both did an unbelievable job. My daughter sent us to your store when we were finally ready to change out our gross old carpet for hardwood. Zach helped us choose our wood, Roy measured, and we got just what we want! Mike, Shane & Ray installed it just as the danger of the Covid-19 outbreak was becoming obvious. They were great about staying at least 8 or 10 feet away from us and worked hard to finish in a very short time. It is beautiful!
Everything was great. From our experience in the showroom, where they answered all of our questions and they let us take home samples to make up our mind. Getting our measurements and estimate was easy. They showed up when they said, took their measurements and again asked if we had any question. But the best part was the installers. The installers were very polite and courteous. They worked cleanly and quickly. Would recommend.
Brad and Dale did a wonderful job on our dining room floor. They took a lot of care in removing the baseboards and then placing back for us. They touched up the boards and they look better than ever. The new floor they installed is a Lake Tahoe otter flooring and it’s beautiful. We will definitely use them again.
We had a great experience with All Surface! Mike and Shane did a fantastic job with the installation and Bruce and team at the store were very fair when working with our estimate. Thank you for our beautiful new floor!
