My cat was hit by a car and at heart of the valley. I call All West telling them I was bringing him in, instead of telling me there was not a vet there that could help him and there wouldn’t be until Tuesday, that let me bring him, they then told me I would have to take him somewhere else. And they charged me close to $300. They had the info and X-rays from HOV, so they knew before I even got there they wouldn’t be able to help him. Bad business!!!
