I was a 30 year client. I had been going to this vet since 1985 but when the business was being sold, in the middle of all the confusion for patients I had a very sick cat that had been treated and I was told to return in two weeks if she wasn't feeling better. Now remember the previous owners didn't have appointment times it was walk-ins only. The doctor was great, however the front desk staff had to be some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am a small business owner & have managed our family business for 20+ years. Being understanding & taking care of the customers first is top priority. I will save the words and not go into detail, but I will say they do not put their customers first. This hospital has made the offer to assist you with that situation, however it seems that you feel we did not do enough to help you with your situation. This place has the worst customer service. They get mad when you do not want to pay for a different customers bill... Then get offended when you educate them on their wrongs... My dog was told she could not come back because I got mad at them for threatening me to go to collections for a pet that is not mine. Safe some heartache and take your pets elsewhere...

Our policy states a "no-show" fee must be paid before scheduling another appointment. A no show appointment means we are unable to help another patient. When discussing this with you, you began using profanity against our staff members and even used profanity against a client in our waiting room. RecommendedI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET. Very poor customer service when dealing with mistakes they make. Failed to disclose ALL necessary information required for me to make a care decision for my pets when the appointment was made and prior to administering treatment. Admitted it was their fault, could not provide a comprehensive explanation of why the info wasnt fully disclosed upfront other than they "assumed that I knew", and they still did not care to make it right in any way.

Necessary boosters were explained to you during the exam and before they were administered. Unfortunately, you made your appointment for vaccines necessary for your housing situation. We administered the vaccines you requested and provided paperwork to you for your housing. During the exam, after vaccination, during making your booster appointment; you had multiple opportunities to address your concerns. This is absolutely the worst Veterinarian Clinic around. They charge exorbitant rates while giving little to no service. I spent almost $1,000 and could not get medication for my cat.
