Have been a client for over 15yrs and recently tried to get my dog in (who is a patient) because he was urinating blood. Which I thing is pretty serious!! Was told I could probably leave a urine sample but the vet probably wouldn’t prescribe anything without seeing him. Of course has NO appointments or recommendations on what to do. It was basically sorry for your luck! I will no longer continue to have my dog be patient because they obviously have no regard for him.
Recommendedthis vet saved my sisters dog archies life he ended up getting a stone in urthea (however you spell that) and he wasnt able to pass it the vet in south haven told us that we would either have to put him down give him away or have 2k up front this place got him right in and the surgery was a lot cheaper as well been taken my dog here since he was a pup as well
Recommendedthey are the only vet that took me serious when I was there with my dog for a ear infection and they actually cleaned it and took care of it not just well we don't know
I would never take an animal there again I had an dying dog in the parking lot dr homann was to busy to be bothered so much compassion I couldn’t believe my only hope is that one day the doctor is praying for help and the doctor is too busy for them and give them the same treatment they did for our dog

Had my rabbit spayed there yesterday because of how cheap it was. Came home today to her incision ripped wide open (which happens, so not blaming them for that.) I went to another veterinarian for it to be fixed and they asked about what meds she was given for pain. Metacam, 1.8ml. The Dr became very concerned and did the dosage for my rabbit's weight. I was re-billed for a surgery procedure that was originally discounted on purpose! I paid my bill in full the day if procedure. 1 month later. I was billed for the discount! Not cool! Not a good customer relationship to have!
Thank you is not enough. You made sure the doctor would be there, knowing we would show up right at 7:00 (closing time) to perform emergency surgery on our dog. We’ve never even been to your clinic but we’re referred by our local emergency vet. We walked in and were immediately treated like family. You’ve taken a grim prognosis and turned it into hope for myself and my children. We are forever grateful!!
did not treat my kitten good. she cannot put weight on her one paw and is in so much pain. she has not gotten up since we've been home

Got my kitten spayed here. The surgeon was not dressed at all like you would expect to be. Everyone just is in casual clothes and people have their personal conversations at the front desk. didn’t give pain medication for my kittens spaying. Cheap to go there but not worth it in my opinion. Could take way better care and caution. My sisters kitten also got spayed and declawed and she now cannot walk or put weight on one of her paws because of the pain they caused.
