I am so extremely disappointed. I made a reservation for 6 for my birthday, show up to find out a pipe burst and we couldn’t dine there- was rerouted to their “sister restaurant” which was crowded, loud, and was not the environment I was looking for to celebrate my birthday. The 2 hosts had no empathy and just sent us away- as if they were doing us a favor. Why was I not notified prior to my arrival. My waiter spilled water all over my purse, my fiancee's shoes, and our bread basket. They didn't even bring us new bread! Restrooms were filthy: overflowing trash bin, no soap, toilet paper all over the floor in the stalls. I will not return!
Appetizer was overly salted and the pasta wasn’t cooked long enough. Table next to us also didn’t enjoy their entree which was the gnocchi.
The sauce on the lobster special was so bland. For $65 there should have been some hint of spice, wine, salt, etc., but it was tasteless. Service was ok: friendly, but didn’t check on me much as a solo diner and actually removed all my food/wine when I got up to use the bathroom. I was very disappointed by the food.
Food was such a disappointment. All 3 meals were tasteless, over cooked, soggy. The best thing we had was the wine thanks to our server.
Service wasn’t very good barely saw our waiter put a reservation in for a birthday and it wasn’t even mentioned
We went for Brunch to have the pasta made in the Cheese Wheel BUT ITS ONLY AVAILBLE AT DINNER DISAPPOINTED
The hostess was delightful, the waiter appeared overwhelmed. I did not receive my drink order until I had to ask again after I received my food. That is always disappointing. They also don’t celebrate birthdays, by giving a little something like most restaurants. You would think with the prices, they would do that. Not sure I would visit this restaurant again.
Ordered tuna tartar, Cesar salad and the Pappardelle Al Ragu pasta. I don’t like nit picking on things but I think the restaurant gave us the wrong portion of the pasta. The couple next to us each had ordered the pappardelle pasta dish and we asked our waitress to get us that. Our plate’s portion was like half of their’s… we brought it to her attention but she insisted it was the same dish… no it wasn’t at all but whatever.
