The menu is amazing and varied. I loved that. Food was really good, but the dessert was a little boring (we got the cheese cake). The bone marrow was really delicious but they need to serve it with thicker bread slices so there is something to actually spread it on instead of paper thin toasted bread. Service was okay. I was a little turned off when I asked to taste a wine before committing to a $95 bottle and the server indicated the bartenders may be "too busy" to accommodate that - as if I was putting them out. We had a great experience for our first time. Our waiter was great, he was the perfect balance of being there when we needed and not there for us to enjoy ourselves. Mixed in with a great accent to add to the beautiful ambiance. The octopus, gnocchi, and duck pappardelle were fantastic. They also had a good selection of wines by the glass. We will definitely be coming back!

For an Italian restaurant, the pasta dishes were mostly disappointing, the appetizers were good, as well as the wine selection. Unfortunately not blown away.
Wonderful place to dine, it was my first time trying Allegro. The food was amazing, we had a large party of 7 ordered the food family style. We had the oysters, burrata, fresh salad, the gnocchi, and the ravioli, and the pasta carbonara. Everything tasted delicious.
