Allen provided me and my client with Excellent customer service. There are items outside of the control of Allen that affected this transaction. The underwriting department has a lot of work to do in order to match the level of care and timely communication that Allen provided. My client had been sent to underwriting and was pre-approved prior to going under contract. This should have been an extremely easy transaction for the underwriting department yet we were facing delays up to the day of closing.
