Good communication from Allen, but sometimes communication to/from the servicing agents was a little disjoint and it seemed like the right hand wasn't fully aware of what the left hand was doing, e.g., we had to submit some information several times. Allen himself seemed to always be responsive and on top of it and always seemed to address our questions.
