With the covid-19 pandemic, my loan ran into so much issues because we had to use my income and not my husband’s because he was furloughed. Allen was very calm throughout each steps of our mortgage origination process. He kept me updated each day and i knew he had other customers he was dealing with but i felt like i was the only one that mattered to him.
