My client was confused by all of the different hand offs and new people in the process. She started with Randy and I assumed he would be our contact throughout. But then Allen started communicating with her/us and I had no idea who he was. Then, she started receiving emails from other people who she was not introduced to. Better communication with me and her on changes in personnel and/or additional contacts would have been best.

You were excellent to start with your weekly reports, etc. Then when we could not close on time you would not return my phone calls or update me on the issues. I had a seller with a moving truck waiting to move her and nowhere to move.

I wasn’t kept in the loop of the transaction process. I learned more from my client than the Lender about loan problems and if I hadn’t known my client as well as I do, I could have really been embarrassed.

The app never worked properly. You have to get rid of it and re-download it a bunch of times also the title investigators we’re a little confused.

Communication was lacking. We extended closing an additional 3 days and still didn’t receive docs until 3:30 pm the day of closing. If title hadn’t jumped through a lot of hoops with double closings at the end of the day it would have never funded. Communication was not consistent between what was being told to title and what was being told to agents. Very disappointed and very stressful for both buyer and seller.
