My experience with Allen was exceptional. As a first time homeowner especially during a pandemic I am so grateful for all of the support Allen provided to guide me through the process, not in just checking the boxes but ensuring I understood and was comfortable with the decisions being made. He was always responsive on the phone and via email. I would definitely recommend him to family/friends going through this process and look forward to working with him in the future should the need arise!

I had the pleasure of working with my father as he helped me secure financing to purchase my first home. For many years I've been able to witness my father's work and knew the sort of care and respect he showed his clients. Being on the consumer end of this process, the way I was treated was no different than how he treats each of his clients...a true testament to the consistency of his work and respect for all. He made himself availble to meet our schedule, was conscious of our time and very thorough in his presentation of options and next steps. Allen was excellent in communication and understanding my loan needs. We not only closed on term but before the initial closing date with his due diligence in gathering all information in timely manner even if it meant working outside normal business hours and weekends.

Allen was great. Not sure what is normally expected of an average first home buying experience but working with Allen and team made it a great one! Given the circumstances of coronavirus he kept me up to date with all changes and made sure i was well informed of everything going on. Will definitely be recommending Allen to friends and family.

Obtaining a mortgage was no easy feat for us, and Allen helped us tremendously! He is accessible and reliable --and nice! We had not gone through the mortgage process in recent years and were a bit overwhelmed with the amount of work it took. Allen kept in constant contact and was always helpful. We are so thankful for all his efforts and love our new house!

Allen did a fantastic job walking us through each step, describing all of our financing options in a straightforward manner while locking in an excellent interest rate, and facilitating each step of document signing - even at odd times - in a friendly and confident manner. In the case of this new home purchase, we threw some curve balls his direction around our own financial situation, but he took it all in stride, did his due diligence with each change, and saw us through to the finish line on our new dream house. Allen is professional, kind and knowledgeable. He gets to know you as a person and takes time to understand your personal needs. He came to our home to pick up documents and get things signed. He met me at work. Everything was on our schedule. His follow thru is excellent. I wouldn't use anyone else!
