Allen did a fantastic job walking us through each step, describing all of our financing options in a straightforward manner while locking in an excellent interest rate, and facilitating each step of document signing - even at odd times - in a friendly and confident manner. Allen is professional, kind and knowledgeable. He gets to know you as a person and takes time to understand your personal needs. He came to our home to pick up documents and get things signed. He met me at work. Everything was on our schedule. His follow thru is excellent. I wouldn't use anyone else!

My husband and I worked with Allen to refinance our condo last year. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions in an easy to understand way (it was our first time refinancing), and adapted his schedule to accommodate us on a number of occasions.
