excellent service! he even helped me find someone who could make my car drivable! can't say enough good.stuff! this company is going.on my must have list!!
Chose them in an emergency from good reviews and was not disappointed. On my second tow now. Both times the person on the phone was polite and helpful. Both times the driver was professional and friendly, even the guy getting soaked in the rain. Both times the price was reasonable. I didn't feel taken advantage of in my time of need. Take note, other tow companies. This is how you make and keep lifelong customers.. Fair prices and good service. I'm a car guy and I've towed a lot of cars and I'm very happy with Allen's. Great customer service and great drivers. In a situation where AAAs tow trucks couldn't figure out how to load our broken down car, Allen's had no issues and were there immediately. 10/10 would recommend if you need towing service in Jax.

Allen's Towing went above and beyond to get my car to the correct location after I confused the address. They communicated with me throughout the process and made sure that my Van got exactly where it needed to be. It should have been easy for them but I made it difficult. They were kind, professional, and so very helpful. I want everyone to know how truly fantastic they are.
