Always friendly and right on time. I was in a decent area but it was very late a d the driver said they would wait a few minutes till my Uber got there so I could go home. Thanks for caring for the customer.

Sunshine, thanks so much for your review! Hope you have a great weekend.
The best service I've ever had from a towing company. They helped get a truck and trailer unstuck. They wouldn't quit until the job was done.
After another local tow truck company blew us off, Allen's tow truck company rescued us. The customer service was superb from placing the call to have a truck dispatched to us to having the worker tow the car to our location. Thank you Allen's tow truck company for allowing us to breathe after a scary car accident.
We used Allen's to tow our exotic, collector car to the mechanic today. Jeff was fabulous! He took great care with our car and kept us informed every step of the way. Allen's will be our go to towing company from now on!
Allens towing was recommended to us when we were broke down in a gated community ( have to be out by 6) We called around 4 were told would be there in an hour.. We called at 5:30 were told he would be there shortly. No one communicated with us, we kept calling. We finally were picked up at 9:30. Mind you my money was taken at 4 so I couldn't just call someone else. Very disappointed in the lack of communication from a business that have been around for awhile. 5 & half hours is a little crazy with No updates on why or w... read more
We called Allen's Towing for help moving a trailer we had in a hotel parking lot. Our truck was stolen from the hotel, we needed to be in another state for work, & we had to get this trailer moved, with no way to do it ourselves. As I stated, we called 1st thing Monday morning after having an incredibly hellacious 24 hours dealing with the aftermath of a theft 1,300 miles from home. We were told they could help us, be there at 2pm - make sure you're there to tell the driver where it needed to be towed. 7 hours later, it... read more
