Alli always got back to me in a timely manner and was honest and up front about everything. Being a first time buyer I know I asked repeat questions on many occasions and Alli was always helpful and kind.
Alli did a excellent job of communicating and handling everything. Even with the whole covid19 going on trying to throw a wrench in things. Thank you very much
Overall, everything went well. There were a few hiccups along the way due Covid-19 quarantine situation but otherwise, I gave Alli my information and she did the rest. Made the process really easy and I will return to her if needed in the future.
She was amazing both times. When I first bought the house a couple years ago and now when refinancing to a lower interest rate. She did all the work. All I had to do was sign the paper work.
It was time to purchase the family acreage from Dad. I got started with another loan company from out of state. Boy was that a mess & headache! Nothing but a run around. Alli was recommended and she hit the deck plates running. I was very pleased with her work ethic. She knew exactly what was needed and made it happen. Kept me informed of the process throughout the event. I would & will recommend her to everyone.

It was wonderful to work with Alli! I worked with Alli to purchase my first home, so I was absolutely clueless about the process. Alli explained every step of the process and made sure that I was comfortable before moving forward. Alli was extremely responsive, both by email and texting. She always answered my questions thoroughly and never got frustrated by all of my (sometimes stupid) questions. I greatly enjoyed working with her through this process and I strongly recommend her!
