Alli from the beginning was very good at communicating. She would answer any and all of our questions outside of business hours which made our lives easier- we didn't have to wait until 8am the next morning to have a question resolved. All of the issues we had, Alli was able to clear up and quickly resolve. She made buying a home easy to do, especially since it was our first time.

Alli is so quick to respond to any and everything and she even reached out to us to see if we would be interested in refinancing. She was quick to figure out how much we could save and the process was so simple! Her and the attorney were flexible in scheduling the closing.
