I will NEVER return! Took my bulldog there by 11 am ( I called at noon and she wasn’t even seen by a doctor yet and when I called at 1pm, a tech wasn’t available) and 3 hours into it they could not diagnose my babies issue (a typically active dog who had ears back and hard to get up but seemed to walk fine). They suggested ANOTHER blood test to check for a tick born illness which I KNEW was not the issue since I stated what was wrong on a call at 8:30 am!! We're sorry you feel this way, but none of this comment is accurate. She was seen in a timely manner, her problem was diagnosed and then she waited in the business office with a fan on her all afternoon. We wish you had stayed with your dog so you could see what actually happened instead of imagining a falsehood!
The groomer here abused my daughter's dog so badly that she just sits in the corner whimpering, ever since. She flinched if you tried to touch her,, when normally, she loves belly rubs.. The woman's name starts with an R but she couldn't remember exactly what it was because it wasn't a common name. Do not recommend!!
My dog is still alive and you told me last November she had 2 months to live. 2 and 1/2 months ago you told me to put her down. Never once did you ever call to check on her. She is now with me in Florida and up and down the stairs and still happy and living.
I typed this long explanation but then decided that nothing would come of it so, just going to say this, long wait, took others ahead of me when I arrived before them, cleanliness issues (I wiped down the room myself) and I had to explain 2 times why I was there.
Very unorganized non explanation on service even after they was like miscommunication you should have took some off the total but your coustomer service rep was very negative on everything.
They don't care about other people's time. Every time you wait and wait.
RecommendedSo, I normally don't rant on Facebook, however, this needs to be said. About two years ago I took one of my cats to the vet because he was sick. Loosing weight, vomiting, etc. after examination the vet said it was Intestinal Lymphoma. For full confirmation I would have to take to hospital for ultrasound. This is a very expensive procedure and after thought and consideration we would not do the ultrasound since there was not treatment anyway. We would love him and enjoy out sweet Mater as long as the Lord decided he was ours ... read more
We had an assistant vet tell us that buddy had a broken tooth and she could see the nerve showing. We brought buddy in for surgery and discovered that he didn't have any broken teeth, they were worn down. He's a 12 year old dog so that's not surprising. We've been going there a long time, but we're disappointed with this.
