They were very professional over the phone. They handled the problem with only one phone call. The parts were sent overnight and they arranged a Tech to come to our home and fix our T.V. in a couple days. The Tech was friendly and professional . He fixed our problem and the T.V. works great. I would highly recommend "Square Trade" ."
"I purchased the Square Trade extended warranty with my TV. The TV developed a problem after 3 years. I called Square Trade and the consultant was very helpful. He walked me through a few steps to review the issue. He then arranged for the necessary pars to be sent to my home and for a technician to complete the repair. The technician was excellent, on time, and the replacement parts cured the problem. All very satisfactory and I would highly recommend Square Trade. "
