"I can't even begin to explain how amazing square trade is! My iPhone broke I had so many things wrong with it and missed the 14 day return. So I decided to stick it out. Just recently I took it back to the Apple Store still under warranty and insurance. The first time I went the lady who helped me was awful. She was rude and did not even solve one of my problems. "I purchased a Kindle last year as a birthday present for myself. On June 26, my tablet screen stopped working. I wasn't able to get a picture. I contacted Squaretrade because I had purchased an extended warranty thru them and informed them of the problems I was having with my Kindle. My claim was handled very efficiently and the customer service rep was extremely friendly.
