"I have bought warranties from Best Buy over the years for my Grandkids. I tried twice to make a claim and was refused both times. (I swore I wouldn't buy another warranty ever) The salesman at Tiger Direct ask me why so I told him my story, his exact words where "don't compare us to them". "My experience was absolutely fantastic! My grandson dropped his computer, smashing the screen. I filed a claim and was sent an email with a prepaid postage label within an hour. I packed the laptop, and dropped it off at Fed Ex. By the time I returned home, there was an email waiting for me, notifying me that they had deposited the insured amount into my Paypal account! Now off to buy a new computer and insure it with Squaretrade!!"

At the beginning I was a bit worried when they told me that I need to set up an appointment with Apple and paid for the services at front and then send in the invoice...
