"I was very happy with square trade. I purchased a cell phone and a square trade warranty off ebay after 6 months the charging dock on the phone went out. I contacted square trade via email. I received a email bacj from them within 24 hrs. I chose to take my phone to a repair shop near me and pay the bill and I emailed them a copy of the receipt. Square trade sent me the full cost of my repair within a hour to my paypal account."
