"I have been purchasing extended warranties from SquareTrade for years because of their excellent reputation and very reasonable price. I have never filed a claim with them until recently, when an external hard drive failed on me (with only 10 days left on the warranty.) I submitted a claim online and received a response from them within 24 hours (on a weekend, mind you!) My claim was reviewed and accepted. "I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service and turnaround time that I am with Square Trade. It took literally five total days from the day I called until the day I received my refund for the damaged product. But the most amazing part was that it took less than 24 hours from the day the item was picked up at my house by UPS til the money was deposited into my PayPal acct. That is AMAZING!!!"

"Listen up people...SquareTrade is the SquareBiz for real! I had purchased a lamp from one of their merchant members for ny DLP HD TV that went bad around 30-days my purchase. I called ST and they took care of me with the quickness. Got my paper work processed and refund check in less than a weeks time. "The gift I gave last Christmas died this month and I had totally forgotten I had the Square Trade warranty. Square Trade was amazing easy, fast and user friendly. Everything was done over the internet; I was able to pull my receipt from Amazon, the return labels came to me via email, we shipping the item back and I had my check within one week.
