"Best investment EVER! I bought a Samsung Galaxy 3 tablet November 29, for a Christmas present. As an after thought I also bought a 1-year, $14.99 warranty with Square Trade. Last week the Samsung died. I called Square Trade, they sent me a prepaid shipping label, and 3 days later my money was returned to me in an Amazon gift card! Now THAT'S great service! "Fantastic service. I recently had to file a claim for my AV receiver. The process was super simple and postage was prepaid with no additional cost to me. They even sent me a box. They determined my device was not repairable within 2 business days of receiving it and I received a full purchase price refund within 2 days. I am very pleased with their service and will definitely be buying more warranties through them in the future."
