"When my cell phone took a turn for the worst, I remembered I had purchased a warranty from SquareTrade. I contacted a very nice and helpful customer service representative and he took great care of me. He arranged for my phone to be looked at, and it wound up my phone was in rough shape. They issued a refund for 100% what I payed for the phone! Service was extremely fast I called on Thursday, shipped my phone, and my money was in the bank on Monday! Will DEFINITELY deal with SquareTrade again in the future!"
"I can't give enough praise for this company. They have taken care of every single item that has gone bad under their warranty. To date, I have had a 40" LCD tv, a digital camera, and an amplifier break under one of their warranties.
