"I have purchased several warranties from Square Trade over the past few years, and this was the first time I had to use one. It was simple; I was given a prepaid airbill to ship my phone. I was notified when the phone was received, and shortly thereafter I was notified of the results of my phone inspection. Unfortunately, my phone could not be repaired. I was so impressed, not only with the ease of the process, but with the speed with which the matter was resolved! "The service SquareTrade provides is excellent. I have to admit I was unsure at the beginning when I purchased the first warranty for my Son's Wii system, but I went ahead and purchaed coverage for my cousin's iPhone at Christmas. Well,in January I got to test how good SquareTrade really was. Well, I think they are great. The whole process from claim the reimbursement was so easy I will purchase every warranty I need from them from now on."

"I've used Square Trade for CD Players, Laptops, Cell Phones, GPS, and Cameras. Buying the warranty is easy, very inexpensive, getting service is extremely efficient, I don't have to spend an hour talking with a technician who I can't understand, and I have NEVER had a single hassle filing a claim. My most recent claim was for a 14 month old smart phone with 3 yr warranty and Accidental Damage rider. It couldn't be repair so they simply deposited $399 in my Paypal account. Unbelievable!
