SquareTrade confirmed the PDA dead the day after they received it. I received every penny back on what I paid on 5/12/09. I bought a nice used Tungsten E2 and received it 5/13/09 and with the 1 GB SD card backup via BackupMan, had it restored within minutes. I am very happy."
